Research Assistant

  • Built a web-based 3D light simulation from scratch on a texture-based reverse path tracing approach. Published and presented at IADIS Applied Computing 2024.
  • Built an AR viewer and a collaborative VR platform for an existing solar panel design tool. Three papers followed, including a 2026 journal article.

  • Thesis: Hand-tracked 3D Data Selection of Point Clouds in XR. GPU-accelerated signed distance field selection in Unity for real-time interaction with large point clouds, with brushing, convex hull and shape-based techniques validated in a user study of 28 participants.
